Troubleshooting your order

Specifications policyRemember to check your quote, technical drawing and CAD file for consistency before placing your order. This will ensure that any discrepancies are caught before your order goes into production. Reach out to your account manager or contact@cadadncart.com for any questions.
How we handle disputesIn handling disputes, we take on manufacturing risks for you. If your parts aren’t up to spec, you can easily file a dispute claim and we’ll remake or refund your order. You can file a dispute by clicking on the “Raise an Issue” link within 90 calendar days of receiving your order. Our Customer Success Team will work on resolving your issue as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days.
